"Upstairs unit quit cooling on a Friday night. I was able to find Cool Season Heating and Cooling via their great reviews and they did not disappoint. Easily got an appointment via their handy online system for the next day (which was a Saturday!), and John did a great job diagnosing the issue. He handled the warranty on the required part so that my cost was lower and got back out to install as soon as it was in. I wish John would have been the original installer of my system as I’m sure it would be in better shape than how the big company installed it! John is a nice guy and very professional. Even provided pictures of what he found and did. Great experience highly recommend!"
